# Favorites and calendar notebook

## Objective

Use favorites for quick access and keep a separate encrypted calendar notebook for each active patient\.

## Requirements

- Sign in to use favorites\.
- Have effective Pro access for the calendar notebook\.
- Select the correct active patient before editing reminders\.

## Steps

1. Add or remove a favorite from a card\.
2. Review favorites in the dashboard\.
3. Pin and reorder shortcuts\.
4. Open the calendar notebook and verify the active patient\.
5. Add or edit an infoceutic reminder for that patient\.
6. Change patient to load that patient’s separate notebook\.
7. Export an ICS calendar or text memo when offered\.

> The active-patient selector is shared with Patients, Repertorizer and astrology\.

> Calendar entries are organizational reminders, not prescriptions\.

## Common issues

- Check Pro access if the notebook is absent\.
- Check the active patient if an expected entry is missing\.
- Complete required fields if calendar generation is disabled\.
