CDS at 20 ml/L

A chlorine dioxide solution (also known as CDS or a 0.2% aqueous solution) is a powerful oxidizing agent and biocide primarily used for water disinfection and purification.

  • Definition: It consists of chlorine dioxide gas (ClO₂) dissolved in pure water

  • Difference from MMS: Unlike freshly prepared mixtures such as “Miracle Mineral Supplement” (sodium chlorite and acid), a CDS-type solution is a pre-dissolved and stabilized solution that does not require activation at the time of use.
