Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Strictly necessary
- hc_session — authentication. Expires when the browser closes or after 30 days.
- hc_csrf — CSRF protection. Session cookie.
- crisp-client/* — Crisp support-chat session continuity and message history. With Total Privacy Mode enabled, Crisp creates no session or cookie until you deliberately open the chat. These functional cookies are not advertising or analytics trackers; Crisp sets their default expiry to 6 months and renews it when the chatbox is loaded again.
Consent and local storage
Your analytics choice is stored in localStorage under the key hc_cookie_consent (all or necessary). The banner appears until you make a choice.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you click “Accept all”. We enable IP anonymisation. Without consent, no GA scripts are executed. With consent, GA records page views and anonymised interaction events (navigation clicks, subscription steps, catalogue searches, etc.) to help us understand how the site is used — no personally identifiable information is sent in these events.
Crisp is independent of your analytics choice: its launcher may be displayed, but Total Privacy Mode defers the support session and its functional cookies until you open the chat yourself.
Third-party cookies
crisp-client/* cookies described above after you open the support chat. Stripe may set cookies during checkout. No other non-essential marketing trackers (Meta Pixel, etc.) are used on this site.
