Terms of Service
May 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Homeoceutics you agree to these Terms (version 2026-05). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Homeoceutics provides an online catalog of infoceutics and information cards. Certain content is available only to subscribers (see Section 4).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and digital content
A paid subscription unlocks the full catalog and Infopathy listening links. Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise (including the legal conformity guarantee in Section 10), amounts already paid for the current billing period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis after voluntary cancellation.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this platform is the property of Homeoceutics or its contributors. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
Content is for informational purposes only. See our Disclaimer.
7. Limitation of liability
Homeoceutics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
8. Right of withdrawal (information)
If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons (Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), unless the exceptions below apply. To exercise this right, send a clear statement within that period using the template in Section 13 or any other unequivocal written notice.
9. Immediate performance and waiver
For digital content delivered without a physical medium, execution may begin immediately after payment only if you expressly consent before checkout and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Art. L221-28, 13°). This consent is collected via a mandatory checkbox and stored with the contract version.
10. Legal conformity guarantee
Digital content and digital services benefit from the legal conformity guarantee (Art. L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If content is not compliant, you may request remedy in accordance with the law; these Terms do not limit that guarantee.
11. Mediation and EU platform
In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use a consumer mediator listed in the official directory: mediators referenced by the French Ministry of Economy. You may also submit a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. After seeking an amicable solution with Homeoceutics, consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence or the place of performance of the contract, at their choice (Art. R631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version number. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
