Main Indication

Poconéol No. 63 is traditionally presented as:

  • a remedy for urinary incontinence;

  • a complex useful for urinary leakage and enuresis (depending on the clinical context).

It is one of the Poconéol complexes with a urological focus, used as part of a comprehensive approach (perineal rehabilitation, lifestyle changes, and possible medical treatment).

Traditional scope of use

Its use in complex phytotherapy typically covers:

  • stress incontinence (leakage when coughing, laughing, sneezing, or during physical exertion);

  • urge incontinence associated with an overactive bladder (an urgent and uncontrollable need to urinate);

  • urinary leakage in women after childbirth or during menopause;

  • urinary leakage in the elderly (mixed incontinence);

  • bedwetting in children (as a supplement to specific treatment, under medical supervision)—provided that the packaging specifies “for adults only” and that pediatric use requires the advice of a homeopathic physician.

Composition

  • Anarcardium occidentalis 5CH: indicated for polyuria and irritative coughs; its indications are very similar to those of Anacardium orientale, but with more pruritus and irritation

  • Anchieta salutaris 5CH: its ability to regulate renal function makes it frequently indicated for irritation of the digestive, urinary, and respiratory mucous membranes
