Poconeol N18 is a homeopathic remedy made from the following combination of homeopathic components: psidium pomiferum 5CH, rosa gallica 5CH, and echinodorus macrophyllus 5CH. It may help with colitis (i.e. inflammation of the colon) and enterocolitis (i.e. inflammation throughout the intestines).
