Poconeol N54 is a homeopathic remedy made from the following combination of homeopathic components: anethum foeniculum 5CH, cochlospermum insigne 5CH, and ruta graveolens 5CH. It may help with the menstrual disorders amenorrhea (i.e. absence of menstrual periods) and dysmenorrhea (i.e. painful menstrual periods).
