HRV reboot PEMF

Basic subscription

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures the variation between heartbeats and reflects the balance between the sympathetic “fight-or-flight” system and the parasympathetic, Vagus-driven “rest-and-repair” system. Higher HRV indicates resilience, recovery capacity, and healthy autonomic regulation, while low HRV is linked to stress, inflammation, poor sleep, and slower healing. FSM helps improve HRV by calming nociceptive input, down-regulating limbic and amygdala threat signalling, and reducing sympathetic overdrive that keeps the body in a defensive state. By enhancing Vagus Nerve tone, normalising membrane potentials, reducing inflammation, and supporting mitochondrial ATP output, FSM shifts the system toward parasympathetic dominance. This promotes better recovery, improved emotional regulation, and a stronger physiological foundation for healing and athletic performance. We recommend that you use a Garmin Heart Rate HRM Dual monitor for your readings.
