HRV reboot PEMF
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) reflects the balance between the sympathetic stress response and the parasympathetic, Vagus-driven relaxation and recovery system. Higher HRV is generally associated with better resilience, recovery capacity, and autonomic regulation, while lower HRV can be associated with stress, poor sleep, and reduced recovery. FSM is proposed to support HRV by reducing sympathetic overactivation, promoting Vagus Nerve activity, and supporting relaxation and recovery.
