Confirm rubrics, rank documentary remedies and manually choose an infoceutic.

Objective
The Repertorizer is an explainable documentary tool for healthcare professionals and practitioners of homeopathy or energetic approaches. Kent is the canonical ranking source; materia medica works are used to compare candidates and their source passages.
The practitioner confirms rubrics and remains the sole author of the final choice. Homeoceutics makes no diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive or curative claim.
Requirements
- Sign in. The security code is reserved for opening the Patients area and is not requested in the Repertorizer.
- Select the active patient, then create or open a consultation.
- Enter only the information needed for the record; no patient narrative is sent to the language model.
Steps
- Select the active patient with the compact selector. Use Open full record to return to the Patients area.
- Create a consultation or open an existing consultation.
- Enter symptoms, analysis and observations in their separate fields.
- Search Kent rubrics or review up to five language suggestions per fragment. Every suggestion must be confirmed before use.
- Distinguish Kent-rubric search from keyword search in materia medica: a materia-medica passage does not become a Kent rubric.
- Assign an importance from 1 to 3 to every confirmed rubric.
- Run repertorization against the verified corpus.
- Read the repertorization index, coverage, absences and degree matrix. The index is neither a measure of effectiveness nor a probability of recovery.
- Open a candidate to compare it in Kent and in materia medica grouped by organ or category.
- Check pages, works, OCR passages and warnings. Historical doses are shown for documentary purposes only.
- Manually choose the remedy, then the linked infoceutic. Automatic linking ignores dilution when matching names, but the final variant remains a manual choice.
- Save the infoceutic plan, then document the completed session and follow-ups.
Tip
French translations are displayed with the English original and source page when available. Use the original language to resolve ambiguity.
Caution
An “unmatched OCR identity” remains available as a historical document, but cannot enter ranking, be linked automatically or be chosen in an infoceutic plan.
Common issues
- If no rubric appears, check the interface language, simplify the keywords and distinguish Kent search from materia-medica search.
- If ranking is empty, confirm that at least one verified and confirmed rubric has an importance value.
- If a source is absent from comparison, it may be inactive, untranslated, unavailable for that remedy or still in OCR quarantine.
- If no infoceutic is offered, ask an administrator to rerun remedy–infoceutic linking, then make the final choice manually.
