Requirements
- Contact Homeoceutics before making a purchase to confirm the samples and terms.
- You must be logged in to purchase records.
- You must provide a mailing address before making a payment.
Steps
- Read the Services page to verify that your needs match the service offered.
- Contact Homeoceutics with a description of the samples before making payment.
- Purchase a recording package with a one-time payment.
- Wait for the email indicating where to send the samples.
- Ship the samples according to the instructions received.
- After processing, check the publication status on Infopathy: public, private, or open to Homeoceutics subscribers, as agreed.
Tip
Combining multiple samples may be more efficient if a multi-sample package is appropriate.
Caution
Do not send samples without prior approval: certain products or media may be rejected.
Common issues
- If no pack is visible, check to make sure the user is logged in.
- If the post-purchase email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact support with your account email address.
- If the desired post is private, please specify this before finalizing the order.
