Create an account, learn how to navigate the site, and set up your dashboard.

Objective
Guide a new user from the moment they discover the site until they have their first usable account.
Requirements
- Have a valid email address.
- Select the site language using the FR/EN selector, if necessary.
- Have access to your email inbox to confirm your account or reset your password.
Steps
- From the header, click “Create an Account,” then enter your email address, display name, and password.
- Confirm your email address if the verification banner appears after logging in.
- Use “Log In” to return to your account, or “Forgot Password” if you've lost access.
- Browse the main sections: Catalog, Systems, Protocols, Pricing, and Service.
- Open the Dashboard to adjust your profile, preferred language, mailing address, notifications, and privacy settings.
Common issues
- If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam folder and try again later.
- If your password is rejected, use the reset link on the login page.
- If the language displayed is incorrect, use the language selector in the header and save your preferred language in your profile.
