Guaiacum 4CH is a homeopathic preparation made from the resin of Guaiacum officinale (lignum vitae). It is traditionally associated with deep aching or stiffness in the joints and muscles and may help with rheumatic- or gout-like discomfort, especially when movement feels limited or painful. Additionally, it is also traditionally linked with throat and tonsil irritation and may help with a burning, sore throat during flare-ups.
